摘要
本钢炼钢厂通过大量生产实践,对150 t AHF炉外精炼设备在实际运行中的氧枪枪位、氧气流量及压力、氧铝配比、浸罩插入深度、底吹氩控制模式、顶渣量优化、合金加入时机及加入量、喂线参数控制等主要参数进行了系统优化。在此基础上,对钢水炉外化学升温精炼与常规精炼的冶金效果及对钢水质量的影响进行了对比分析。
The key refining parameters were optimized for 150 t AHF such as the height of oxygen lance, the flow rate and pressure of oxygen and the ratio between O_2 and aluminum, the height of AHF snorkel, the control mode of argon bottom stirring, the top slag consumption, the sequence and amount of alloying and wire feeding parameters. The metallurgical effects and the effect on quality of the steel were compared between refining with chemical heating and that without heating.
