妊高征患者血浆一氧化氮合酶抑制剂及脂质过氧化水平的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对比观察正常晚期妊娠妇女及妊高征患者体内一氧化氮合酶抑制剂和脂质过氧化水平,探讨二者在妊高征发病中的意义。方法测定20例正常晚孕组和32例妊高征组血浆不对称二甲基精氨酸(AD MA)、右旋精氨酸(L-arg)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。L-arg、ADMA的测定采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法;用化学比色法检测血浆SOD、MDA及NO的含量。结果正常晚孕组与妊高征组间年龄、孕周、肾功能及血浆L-arg水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。妊高征组血浆ADMA、MDA均高于正常晚孕组,而血浆L-arg/ADMA、SOD、NO均低于正常晚孕组;妊高征组ADMA水平与平均动脉压、血浆MDA呈正相关。结论妊高征患者体内氧化和抗氧化能力失衡,脂质过氧化和ADMA水平均较高,推测氧自由基和脂质过氧化物是通过ADMA途径导致妊高征的发生。 Objective To study the levels of endogenous nitric oxide synthetase inhibitor and lipid peroxidation-asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) in normotensive pregnant women and patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH),and to investigate the role of lipid peroxidation and ADMA in the pathogenesis of PIH. Methods the plasma concentrations of ADMA,L-arg, NO, SOD and MDA in 20 normotensive pregnant women (controls) and 32 patients with PIH were measured, respectively.The plasma concentrations of ADMA and L-arg were determined by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry detection, NO and SOD were determined with the colorimetry method.Results There were no significant differences in the mean age, gestational length, plasma L-arg, hepatic and renal functions between two grounps (P>0.05).Plasma ADMA and MDA elevated in the PIH patients compared to the normotensive pregnant controls, but plasma L-arginine/ADMA ratio,SOD and NO were lower in the PIH group than the normotensive controls; plasma ADMA was significant correlated with their mean arterial pressure and plasma MDA in PIH group. Conclusion There existed unbalance between oxidative and antioxidative abilities in PIH patiens. Sequentially the level of lipid peroxidation increased. These changes may lead to ADMA increasement.Indicating that oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxidation might be by means of ADMA to induce PIH.
