肠出血性大肠菌（EHEC）O_（157）∶H_7的分离与鉴定

Iseoation and Identification of EHEC O_(157)∶H_7

本文报道从４例腹泻病人（血便３例、脓血便１例）及２头腹泻牛中检出６株生化符合ＥＨＥＣＯ_（１５７）∶Ｈ_７的菌株，经Ｖｅｒｏ细胞检测（反复三次）均产生ＶＴ毒素，血清学分型Ｏ_（１５７）∶Ｈ_７３株和Ｏ_（１５７）∶ＮＭ３株。根据常规检测结果６株菌均符合ＥＨＥＣ，并经ＥＨＥＣ基因探针杂交进一步证实。

It was reported that six strains which fit the biochemical characters of Enterohemorrhagic E.coli O_(157)∶H_7 from four diarrhoea patients(three had blood feces,one had pus blood fece)and from two diarrhoea beefs which produced Verocytotoxin by Vero cell detecting.There were 3strains O_(157)∶H_7 and 3 strains O_(157)∶NM by serotyping.All six strains fit EHEC by the normal detecting method and furthermore confirmed by EHEC gene probe.
