摘要
为了获得高精度几何形状齿轮和高质量齿面组织性能,提出了硬齿面齿轮的热滚挤加工技术,它集热处理形变表面强化和滚挤工艺为一体,实现滚切后齿轮的高效精密光整成形加工。文中阐明了热滚挤的工艺原理,建立了啮合点的运动模型和轮齿双面受力变形模型,探讨了轮齿滚挤形变机理。并考虑瞬时啮合刚度的影响,对轮齿表面的塑性变形进行了仿真计算,模拟结果与实验结果有较好的一致性。
Ausform-finishing, a low-temperature thermomechanical process involving deformation of metastable austenite, imparts high quality surface texture and geometry control to hardened gears. It integrates ausform strengthening and roll finishing of as-hobbed gears into one process. In this paper, principle of the ausform-finishing process is illustrated. In order to investigate the deformation mechanism, kinematical model of meshing points and tooth deformation is established in an innovate manner. Simulation of plastic deformation in gear tooth is implemented in consideration of mesh stiffness, which is fundamentally identical to the results from experiments. Finally, compensation methods of modification of mater-gear dies on the basis of the kinematic model are presented to eliminate tooth profile error.
