摘要
介绍了现有接触式测量技术与非接触式光学测量技术的优缺点。为了实现工业产品的高精度高效测量,提出了一种新型的自动检测系统。此系统在三坐标测量机上集成了视觉系统和锥光偏振全息光学测量系统,并可根据不同的精度要求和零件结构选择适当的测量装置。文章介绍了系统的总体方案以及核心模块。
Based on the analysis of the merits and shortcomings of the existing contact and non-contact measuring techniques, a novel automatic inspection system is proposed to achieve higher measurement accuracy and efficiency of machined parts. The system is composed of a coordinate measuring machine integrated with a vision system and a conoscope, which can select automatically either the contact or the non-contact measuring apparatus according to the requirements on measuring precisions and the measured part structures. The general configuration of the system and its key components are described.
