摘要
企业文化是一种经济文化。它一头抓住了提高生产力这个基础而注重促进企业的生产经营与发展;另一头又抓住了发展社会文化这个枢纽,以人为本,统一员工思想,凝聚员工力量,激发企业员工的积极性和创造性,形成经济与文化相互交融的共同体。其文化特质鲜明的体现在企业有正确指导思想、共同价值观、自成体系的理念系统、讲诚信道德和对企业发展战略与制度的认同上;其经济特性又凸显在文化行为对企业经济活动的主导性、理念一致可降低成本、势差文化可激活企业人力资源、品牌文化可创造超额利润、企业形象可影响市场而创造效益等。
Enterprise culture belongs to economic culture because it not only promotes the operation and development of enterprise but also improves the social culture so that workers may be unified in thought and agglomerated in power. In this way workers'activity and creation can be exerted. Its cultural features include correct guideline, common value, ideal system, honesty and credit. And its economic features may appear in the following aspects: culture dominating business activities, reducing cost, exerting the human resources to the full, making more money and others.
