摘要
目的:建立银柴胡的HPL C指纹图谱鉴定方法。方法:用RP- HPL C(DAD)法,梯度洗脱,测定银柴胡的指纹图谱,并作相似度比较分析。结果:初步建立了银柴胡的指纹图谱。结论:HPL C指纹图谱法重现性好。
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerpr int for the identification of Radix Stellariae.Methods:Chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Stellariae was determined by RP-HPLC(DAD)and the Qradient elution mode applied in chro matographic separation, data were analysed by Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software to compare the similarity of samples.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Radix Stellariae was e stablished preliminarily.Conclusion:HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable and can b e used in quality assessment of Radix Stellariae.
