尼莫地平与乌红天麻种麻的协同镇痛效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究钙拮抗剂尼莫地平与乌红天麻种麻的协同镇痛作用。方法:通过热板法和扭体法,测定小鼠热板致痛和化学致痛的痛阈值。结果:尼莫地平与乌红天麻种麻合用比分别单用时,对小鼠痛阈值的提高更显著。结论:尼莫地平与乌红天麻种麻合用具有协同镇痛作用。 Objective:To study the synergism ana lgesic action of GES and nimodipine,a calcium antagonist.Methods:To use the method of hot plate and turning round t he body to determine the threshold of pain that was coused by hot plate or aceti c acid in mice.Results:To combine GES with nimodipine can enhance the thr eshold of pain more markedly than any one of them.Conclusion:To combine GES with nimodipine can cause the s ynergism analgesia action.
