摘要
目的:对炉甘石洗液处方中的常用助悬剂羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC- Na)和吐温- 80 (Tween- 80 )用量进行优选,增加混悬剂稳定性。方法:以混悬剂的沉降容积比,再分散性为指标,通过均匀设计法测得。结果:根据均匀设计优选出CMC- Na和Tween- 80的最佳用量分别为0 .2 0 0 g,0 .12 0 g。结论:该方法简单。
Objective:To choose the best dosage of CMC-Na and Tween-80 of the calamine lotion, in order to increase the stability of the calamine lotion.Methods:Uniform test design was used in the calamine lotio n, judged the stability by sedimentation rate and separate charcacter.Results:The best dosage of CMC-Na and Tween-80 according t o Uniform test design was 0.200 g,0.120 g.Conclusion:The established models are conventenient and re liable by the verified experiment.
