摘要
目的:研究展筋酊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对展筋酊中血竭、冰片、三七进行定性鉴别。结果:三味药材的薄层色谱鉴别呈阳性,阴性对照无干扰。结论:方法可靠,对样品的质量控制有重要意义。
Objective:To study the quality contr ol method of Zhanjin Tincture.Methods:Sanguis Draxonis, Borneolum Syntheticum and Ra dix Notoginseng in Zhanjin Tincture were identified by TLC.Results:The three species were positive in TLC identificat ion.Conclusion:Being simple, duplicative and specific , the me thod is important to quality control of samples.
