摘要
通过运用六西格玛方法对急诊划价缴费流程进行改善,减少了病人划价缴费次数,使流程能力由2.2个σ提升至3.2个σ,同时减少了急诊病人划价缴费次数整体分布的变异度,提升了医院对急诊病人的服务质量。
The researchers improve charge process of emergency and decrease the times of charges by 6-signal, which improve services capability to 3.2σ from 2.2σ. At the same time, the mutation of charge times is decreased and services quality is improved.
