摘要
积极开展医院假日门诊是社会需要,为了提高服务水平,培训专门人员在所调查的医院门诊随机进行问卷调查,对医院的知晓率、复诊率、满意度等指标进行统计,指出假日门诊除了要有利于群众就诊之外,还有待更人性化的服务,不能流于形式。
Outpatient services in holiday are social demand. A random survey of questionnaire was made to understand the ratio of knowing, re-treatment and satisfaction. The survey found that the outpatient services are not only convenient for patients but also personality.
