摘要
在解读、借鉴“波特—劳勒激励模式”的基础上,针对医院科研工作的四个主要制约因素:参与的被动性、过程的艰难性、报酬的不平衡性、科研与临床的脱节性,相应地提出了构建高效医院科研激励体系的措施:完善奖惩机制、调动科研积极性和主动性,扩大覆盖范围、降低科研起步难度,改进经费管理、提高科研报酬,调整价值导向、加强科研与临床的结合。
Based on 'Porter-Lawler incitement model', and considering the disadvantages of hospital scientific research, such as passivism of join, hardship of process, disproportion of payment , separation between clinical work and scientific research, several measures were put forward to creat hospital stimulating system of scientific research. The measures includ consummating encouragement and punishment policy, broadening the range of scientific research, improvement of foundation management and adjusting the research direction.
