摘要
提出了优化除湿转轮性能的峰值分析法,利用峰值分析法和波形分析法对除湿转轮的再生过程和除湿过程进行了详细的分析,讨论了系统参数对再生空气出口含湿量峰值大小、迁移时间及其在温湿图上分布波形的影响,提出了一系列的单参数优化和系统设计方案。基于峰值分析的结果,在尽可能不影响转轮运行经济性的情况下,对试验除湿转轮提出了一个多参数整体优化方案。
A hump analysis method, which is used to optimize dehumidification performance of a rotary desiccant dehumidifier, has been proposed. A parametric study using hump analysis and wave analysis methods, was carried out to investigate the detailed dehumidification and the regeneration processes. The influences of some important parameters on hump value of the outlet regeneration air, time of hump transfer, as well as the wave profiles on the psychrometric chart, were discussed. Some optimization schemes with single parameter were proposed. Also a comprehensive optimization scheme with multi-parameters considering both the performance and the cost regarding and experimental rotary dehumidifier was summarized.
