柱面扁壳面畸变形成机理及控制 被引量:12

GENERATING MECHANISM AND CONTROLLING TECHNIQUE ON SURFACE DEFLECTION OF CYLINDER SHALLOW SHELLS

摘要 以矩形柱面扁壳为模型,从小变形、简单加载的前提条件出发,推导了矩形柱面扁壳切边后曲面方向回弹的理论解。试验研究了柱面扁壳面畸变现象,得到了面畸变分布。提出了面畸变理论评价指标,对比试验结果分析了面畸变形成机制,得到了屈服点、凸模曲率半径、板料厚度、弹性模量及张拉力对面畸变的影响规律,并提出了减小面畸变的工程控制方法。 Based on the assumptions of small deformation and simple load, an analytical model of cylinder shallow shell is constructed, and the curve direction spring-back after trimming are given theoretically. The distribution of surface deflection is studied through the experiment of drawing parts before and after trimming for the rectangle cylinder shallow shell. The evaluated indicator of surface deflection is presented theoretically. The mechanism of surface deflection compared with experimental results is analyzed. And the influence law of forming condition on surface deflection such as yield strength, curvature radius, sheet thickness, young's modulus and tension is achieved, which give a basic reference for controlling surface deflection.
