核磁共振波谱法快速鉴定异戊烯基异黄酮类化合物 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过比较异戊烯基异黄酮类化合物核磁共振谱的特征,归纳核磁共振波谱法快速鉴定该类化合物的规律。方法应用核磁共振波谱法。结果从中药刺桐(ErythrinavariegataL .var .orientalis(L .)Merr.)的茎皮中分离得到8个异戊烯基异黄酮类化合物,即scandenolone( 1)、alpinumisoflavone( 2 )、6 ,8 diprenylgenistein( 3)、osajin( 4 )、isoerysenegalenseinE( 5 )、wighteone( 6 )、labumetin( 7)、lupiwighteone( 8)。 Objective To conclude the rules of rapid identification of prenyl isoflavones by comparison with their NMR data.Method NMR spectral data was elucidated.Result Eight prenyl isoflavones were isolated from the bark of Erythrinal variegate L.var.orientalis(L.) Merr.and identified as scandenolone(1),alpinum isoflavone(2),6,8-diprenylgenistein(3),osajin(4),isoerysenegalensein E(5),wighteone(6),labumetin(7)and lupiwighteone(8).All the compounds were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis.Conclusion The NMR characteristics of these compounds are introduced in this paper.
