摘要
本文从科研管理机构的管理职能、科学选题以及申报书的填写等三方面对科研申报提出了相应的思考,以进一步有效地推动科研项目申报工作的开展。
The paper considers deeply in three important aspects of projects application: the administrative management of science and research institute, scientifically deciding on the projects and perfectly filling the application forms. Its purpose is to make some effective improvement in the application work in universities.
