摘要
目的 研究浅裂鳞毛蕨(DryopterissublaetaChingetHsu)的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 从浅裂鳞毛蕨中分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为:2(S) 5, 7, 3′三羟基- 6, 8- 二甲基- 5′- 甲氧基二氢黄酮(1),荚果蕨素( 5, 7- 二羟基-6, 8 -二甲基4′甲氧基-二氢黄酮,matteucinol) (2),去甲氧基荚果蕨素(5, 7 二羟基6, 8 二甲基二氢黄酮,desmethoxymatteucinol) (3)和2′羟基去甲氧基荚果蕨素(5, 7, 2′- 三羟基- 6, 8 -二甲基二氢黄酮, 2′- hydroxy desmethoxymatteucinol) (4)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,其余化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Dryopteris sublaeta Ching et Hsu. Methods Fresh plant of Dryopteris sublaeta Ching et Hsu was extracted twice with boiling water, the extract was concentrated to small volume under reduced pressure at 50 ℃. The concentrated material was partitioned with ether, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol. The fraction of ether extract was chromatographed over silica gel column. The compounds were identified on the basis of their physiochemical and spectral data. Results Four compounds were obtained and identified as 2(S)-5,7,3′-trihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-5′-methoxy-flavanone (1), matteucinol (2), desmethoxymatteucinol (3) and 5,7,2′-trihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-flavanone (4). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new one, the others were isolated from Dryopteris for the first time.
