随着运输市场竞争的日益激烈 ,进一步完善铁路电子商务体系增值系统是扩大铁路市场占有率、大力发展铁路市场营销的关键。中国铁路企业应该认识到自身的优势 ,积极发展铁路电子商务 ,并完成铁路电子商务与前端客户关系管理系统 (CRM)的集成 。
With the drastic competence of transportation market,perfecting accessional system of railway electronic business system is the key problem how to increase railway market proportion and develop railway market.Chinese railway enterprises should recognize themselves'advantages and develop the electronic business system actively.It is key to information construction of railway enterprises that railway electronic business and customer relation management system are integrated.
