摘要
研究了光皮树原料油酯交换反应制取成品生物柴油工艺和技术,并对所得生物柴油的物化性质进行了测定。通过L9(34 )正交试验来确定光皮树油酯交换反应的最优条件,结果表明:其最佳工艺条件是A1 B3C2 D3,光皮树油为原料通过酯化反应制取的生物柴油与0 #柴油燃烧性能相似,是一种安全(闪点>10 5℃)、洁净(灰分<0. 0 0 3)的生物质燃料油。
Cormus wilsoniana wanger is a woody oil plant with wide distribution,high-yield and high-oiliness characters.In this paper the process for Cornus wilsoniana oil to production bio-diesel was studied,and physical-chemical characteristics of producing bio-diesel were analysed.The optimums conditions of esterification with Cormus wilsoniana oil were studied by designing L9(3 4) orthogonal experiments.It shows that the fuel characteristics of the bio-diesel,processed by the transesterification of Cormus wilsoniana oil,are the same as that of diesel.But the bio-diesel is safety (flash point >105 ℃),clean (ash<0.003) and reproducible.The optimum conditions calculated by orthogonal experiments are A_ 1 B_ 3 C_2D_ 3 .
