摘要
虚拟市场是电子商务发展的一个重要方向,虚拟市场运营商作为新生的市场中介,在所属类型、商业模式、交易机制等方面各有区别,但它们又都是适合于本地区的市场环境而产生,因而市场效率和与环境的适应程度、发展前景等方面又有相似性。本文以美国和中国医药流通市场的两种虚拟市场运营中介商为例进行对比,得到了一些有启示的结论。
Electronic Market (EM) is one of the trends of electronic business (EB). As a kind of new intermediary in EM, electronic maket operators are different in type, business model, mechanisms of transaction. However, they came into being because of adaptation to the local market environment, so they are similar in the market efficiency, the adaptation degree, and the development prospect. This paper compares the two types of operator of pharmaceutical EM in China and America, and draws a few inspiring conclusions about it.
