摘要 提出了一种基于80C196KC高性能单片机多功能数字电焊机控制系统,系统融合了单片机数字控制技术、模糊PID控制、电磁兼容性技术和机电一体化等技术。结合所提出的控制器,焊接电源可单独进行普通MMA焊、点焊和碳弧气刨;配上送丝机可进行普通的或脉冲CO2/MIG/MAG焊;配上TIG焊装置可进行普通的或脉冲TIG焊,覆盖全部焊接功能。系统充分发挥了80C196KC单片机的优点,具有良好的操作界面,方便进行参数设定和修改、数据显示以及存储焊接规范。同时,利用软硬件结合的方式有效进行了抗干扰设计。实践证明整个系统设计合理、功能齐全、送丝平稳、性能优良、效率高,能够很好配合电源工作来满足焊接工艺的要求。 A kind of Digital Electric Welding Machine controller developed based on high capability 80C196KC MCU is proposed.In this control system,MCU digital control,fuzzy control,electromagnetic compatibility and electromachanical integrality technology and so on are used.By using the proposed controller,the welding power source can solely perform common MMA welding,spot welding and gouging.If equipped with wire feeding device,the common or impulse CO2/MIG/MAG welding can be realized.And the common or impulse TIG welding can also be realized if it is equipped with TIG welding device.All welding function can be included in the control system proposed.Besides realizing the function of MIG welding and MMA and Argon-Arc welding,it also fully exerts 80C196KCs advantages and has good operational interface that makes the parameters setting,display,amending and welding criterions storage become convenient.All sorts of disturbing are effectively eliminated by means of the combination of hardware and software.Reasonable systematic design,multiple function smooth wires delivery,good performance and high efficiency are practically proved,and technologic requirements are also well satisfied.
