摘要
应用环境负荷评估理论和方法,对焊条的焊芯及部分添加材料———大理石粉、云母片、长石粉和萤石粉进行了环境负荷评估。从评估结果中可以看出,焊芯的生产过程环境负荷较大,而矿物粉的生产过程环境负荷相对较小,其结果对指导研制环境协调型焊接材料有重要意义。
This paper applies the theory and method of environmental load to assess the welding core,marble,mica,feldspar,and fluorite.The results showes that the production of core of electrode has heavy environmental load,and marble,mica,feldspar,and fluorite has light effect on the environmental load,which are useful for guiding the research of new environmental harmonious welding materials.
