高压预包砂充填防砂技术的研究与应用

摘要 针对辽河油田曙三区油井出砂情况,开发了高压预包砂填充防砂技术。对固砂剂的抗压强度、渗透性能以及耐温、耐水、耐油及稳定性能进行了评价。该项技术在辽河油田曙三区现场累计实施108井次,阶段增油量为2.95×104t,延长了检泵周期。室内实验及现场应用结果表明,高压预包砂填充防砂技术具有使用效果明显、施工工艺简单的突出特点,适合曙三区开发的需要。 A high-pressure gravel-packing sand-control technique was developed in accordance with the sand production conditions of oil wells in the block of Liaohe Oilfield. The compressive resistance, permeability, heat-resistance, water-tolerant, oil-resistance and stability of sand consolidation agent are evaluated. This technique has been adopted in 108 wells. The oil production has increased by 29,500 tons by periodically taking those measures. The pump inspection period can be extended. The results of experiments indoor and applications on site show that the high-pressure gravel-packing sand-control technique is successive and has a simple operation process. It can meet the development requirement of Shu-3 Block in Liaohe Oilfield. 30
