摘要 采用透明质酸酶缺陷型链球菌发酵生产透明质酸.从牛鼻粘膜分离兽疫链球菌,经诱变获得透明质酸酶缺陷型变异株Y-921.Y-921在含葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母浸膏及无机盐的发酵液中,pH7.0,37℃下发酵42h,得透明质酸4.5g/L,其分子量为1.9×10~6,蛋白质含量0.2%,这种高分子量透明质酸适用于化妆品. Hyaluronic acid is manufactured by cultivating a hyaluronidase-deficient Streptococcus mutant. S. zooepidemicus isolated from cattle tunica mucosa nasi was mutagenized to obtain a hyaluronidase-dificient strain Y-921. Y-921 was cultured in a medium containing glucose, peptone, yeast-extract and salt at 37℃, pH7. 0 for 42 h to product 4. 5 g hyaluronic acid/L. Its mol-wt was 1.9×10 6 daltons and its protein content was 0. 2%. The high mol-wt hyaluronic acid suitable for used in cosmetics.
