低抗凝活性肝素来源低分子肝素的抗炎活性

Studies on Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Derived from Low Anticoagulant Activity Heparin

摘要 实验证明低抗凝活性肝素来源的低分子肝素对琼脂致大鼠足跖肿胀、棉球致小鼠炎症性内芽肿组织增生都具有显著抑制作用;对巴豆油所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸所致的腹腔毛细血管通透性的抑制作用在本实验条件下虽无统计学意义,但也表现了抑制的趋势. The anti-inflammatory effects of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH ) derived from low anticoagulant activity heparin (LAAH) were studied. The results showed that the LMWH could significantly inhibit agar-induced paw edema in rats and cotton-ball-induced inflammatory granulation tissue hyperplasia in mice. Though no statistically significant effect of the inhibiting actions of LMWH was found on the auricle swelling of mice induced by croton oil and the capillary permeability increase of abdominal cavity of mice induced by acetic acid under experiment condition,LMWH showed the tendency of inhibition.
