摘要
本文报道由孕妇尿中提取高效价人绒毛膜促性腺激素粗品的新方法.该法使用一种新型的高效HCG吸附剂吸附活性成分,用醋酸铵乙醇溶液将它洗脱下来,增加乙醇浓度使其沉淀.所得粗品效价为250～500iu/mg,HCG回收率比苯甲酸工艺提高25%.
A new method for the preparation of highly potent crude human chorionic gonadotropin of pregnancy urine is reported. This method is based on the adsorption of the active material on a new highly potent HCG adsorbent and it's elution with an alcoholic solution of ammonium acetate. The hormone is precipitated from the eluate by increasing the concentration of alcohol. The preparation have been found to possess a potency of 250 -500 iu per mg. It's HCG recovery is increased to be more than 25% compared with the method of benzoic acid adsorption.
