在信息化时代,人类要认识海洋、开发海洋,首先要感知海洋,了解海洋信息、构建海洋网络、建立海洋历史数据库和实时数据库,从中探索诸多海洋规律。特别是海洋战场,更需要全面的海洋信息感知能力和海洋信息综合传输能力。本文主要探讨海洋作战及海军装备对海洋信息感知和传输网络的需求,海洋信息感知对信息化战争的支撑作用和实现途径。

In the information age , the first condition for human being understanding and exploiting the ocean is to make awareness of the ocean, to include finding out ocean information, setting up ocean networks, and establishing the historical and real time ocean databases, so as to discover the laws of the ocean world. Especially for the ocean battle field preparation, it is necessary to obtain the overall capabilities of ocean information awareness and integrated transmission. This paper is intended to probe the requirements about the ocean information awareness and transmission networks for the ocean warfare and the navy equipment. The support roles of the ocean information awareness in the war of information age , as well as the reality paths,are discussed.
