摘要
电罗经是舰船上必备的导航装备,能够向其他设备提供精确的航向信息。但是电罗经结构复杂,引起设备不能正常运行的故障发生的概率又具有不同层次的模糊性、不确定性,难以直接进行准确判断。一旦出现的故障不能及时排除,将会严重影响航行。本文简要的介绍了模糊集理论,并针对某型电罗经故障发生概率具有模糊性和不确定性的特点,将模糊集理论引入故障树分析,并对电罗经各个环节发生故障时所遇到的各种模糊信息进行了科学的、定量的处理。试验证明,该方法能够解决传统故障树分析不能处理同时存在随机不确定性和模糊不确定性的故障事件的问题。
Gyro Compass is necessary navigational equipment for ship. It can provide exact course for the other navigational equipments of ship. However, Gyro Compass′ structure is very complex and the causes for its abnormal working have fuzzy and random in some certain. So it is difficult to find the real cause directly. Once the cause can not be solved in time, it will seriously affect the safety of ship. In this paper, the fussy-sets theory is introduced briefly, and aiming at the feature that the occurrence probability of fault event in certain type Gyro Compass usually shows fuzzy and random. The fussy sets theory is inducted into the fault tree analysis. Fuzzy information collected from the faults occurred in various part are scientifically and quantitatively processed. It could be concluded that this is an efficient fault analysis approach over the conventional one for handling random and fuzzy problems [1] .
