筒式液阻减振器工作特性的实验研究 被引量:23

摘要 作者制备了一种单筒式减振器实验样品,利用专用振动实验台对其外特性和内特性进行了测试和分析。比较了低速工作条件下油液阻尼力、补偿阻力和摩擦阻力等之间的关系。考察了不同激振频率和幅值条件下减振器工作特性的不同特征及原因,探讨了油液工作温度以及橡胶衬套等的影响。建立了简化的减振器力学模型,据此分析了等效阻尼系数、等效刚度、激振频率、振幅等参数对减振器阻力幅值和滞后角的影响,解释了实验测试中的现象。 In this paper, an experimental sample of mono-tube shock absorber is built with fluid pressure and temperature sensors equipped and its characteristi cs are tested on a special test-bench. The correlations among damping forces d u e to fluid flowing through orifices, compensation resistance and mechanical fric tion are analyzed under low speed excitation conditions. The characteristics of shock absorber at different frequencies and amplitudes of excitation, as well as the effects of oil temperature and rubber bushes are investigated. A simplified mechanics model for the shock absorber is set up, and the effects of equivalent damping coefficient and stiffness, excitation frequency and amplitude on dampin g force amplitude and hysteresis angle are analyzed with the explanation on some phenomena in testing given.
