用自动电位滴定仪能对大多数氨基酸进行测定,经与常用的非水滴定、碘量法和碱滴定法比较,具有简便易行、准确、灵敏度高、相对误差小、用量少和快速等优点.

A method of auto-potentiometric titration was developed to determinate more than teo kinds of amino acids widely used in clinic. The method was compared with the nonagueous, iodimetric and alkaline titration. The relative standard deviation 0.3% sample consuming is 40-80 mg. This method is simple、acurate、sensitive and easy to judge the end-point. It is worthy to recommend to be widely applied.
