摘要
本文在我国转轨经济条件下,为多元化经营分析提供了一个较完整的分析框架。并在此分析框架下,分析我国企业成长的内在、外在环境,包括市场、制度等不确定性和不平衡性因素。从而探讨我国企业的多元化经营行为。
This paper offers a framework for analyzing diversification under our country's institutional background. And under this analysis framework, the paper views on the inner and outer environment of enterprise-growth,included the factors of market and system.
