摘要
武钢2号干熄焦装置是我国引进的生产能力最大的干法熄焦装置,是武钢技改试点项目。其提升机运行的穿透式钢框架不仅要承受重型提升机运行时产生的巨大荷载,还须考虑随提升机移动而移动的风荷载及穿透式框架上作用的风荷载,工况极为复杂。根据对该干熄炉提升机运行钢框架空载和满载工况时的结构性能的分析和比较,对该引进项目中钢框架的设计提出了改进建议,对以后类似结构的设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
The No.2 dry coke quenching equipment of WISCO is the one with the highest year output in China present, which is imported from Japan. It′s also the model engineering of technical reform in WISCO. For the penetration steel frame of an elevator in dry coke quenching, it must not only bear big load when the elevator is moving, but also the wind load carried by the elevator is shifted with the elevator′s move. It is analyzed and compared that the structural behaviors of the steel frame′s idle running and full load during the move of the elevator for a dry coke quenching project, a stability check is also done, the obtained structure and the proposed recommendations may be a reference for the design of similar frames in the future.
