摘要
本文对油甘果的成分和果汁清除活性氧作用的有效成分进行了初步分析与评价.结果发现,油甘果清除活性氧的成分除SOD外,尚有有机酸、单宁及维生素C.维生素C含量达每百克果肉508mg以上,是油甘果清除O_2^(-)的重要成分.实验证明,油甘果汁中,SOD-L活性(类SOD活性)和维生素C量均随贮存时间的延长而下降,其线性回归极显著,但对热比较稳定.
This paper analyses the ingredient of Phyllanthus Emblica L. fruits and evaluation the effective components for its ability to scavenge active oxygen radical. The results showed that besides the super-oxide dismutase (SOD), Effective components also contain organic acids, tannin and vitamin C.
