摘要
本文采用增强或抑制试验,对进口的脑活素针剂进行了细菌内毒素检测考察。据三批实验结果表明,脑活素针剂80倍稀释液对灵敏度为0.125Eu/ml的鲎试剂无增强或抑制作用,故本品适用于鲎试剂作内毒素检查。
This paper use Inhibition or Enhancement Test to determine Bacteria Endotoxin in cere-brolysin. After dilution factor were 80 times in cerebrolysin, the action of 0. 125Eu/ml Tachypleus Amebcyte Lysate solvent have not been invigorated or enhanced. Results above indicated it is suitable to use Tachyplents Amebocyte Lysate for the determination of Bacteria Endotoxin in cerebrolysin.
