摘要
从信息学、社会学、教育学、创新思维学等多学科角度,对义乌市企业家市场激励机制下人才成长模式与传统高等教育模式进行比较,指出开发和利用社会资源,使社会信息与高等院校信息实现优势互补,以利于学生创新思维能力、创业精神的培养.
From the multi-disciplinary angle of informatics, sociology, pedagogy, innovative thinking, etc, the author compares the model of the entrepreneurs' self-fulfilment in the city of Yiwu under the market-incentive mechanism with the model of traditional higher education, proposes that exploiting and making use of social resources and making social information and social resources mutually complementary in their advantages are useful for the training of students' creative thinking and enterprising spirit.
