结合欧洲一体化的宏观背景,以德国著名企业BMW公司为例,分析该企业对各级员工开展继续教育和职业教育的要求、实施情况以及对员工选拔和晋升的影响,为我国企业开展员工继续教育和职业教育提供借鉴.
Combining with the macro-background of European integration and taking German BMW Company as an example, the author analyzes the requirements for different employees' further education and vocational education in the company, concrete implementation and the influence that education has upon employees' promotion so as to offer reference for the employees' further education and vocational education in our country.
