我国中重型车用柴油机实现欧Ⅲ排放法规的技术路径

Technology Ways for Our Domestic Diesel Engines of Medium and Heavy Duty Trucks to Reach the Requirements of EURO III Emission Standard

我国中重型车用柴油机将在2008年全面实施欧Ⅲ排放标准。为实现欧Ⅲ排放目标,需要在燃料喷射系统、燃烧系统、空气进气系统、增压系统以及降低机油消耗、提高柴油品质、开展机外处理等几方面进行重大改进。指出,采用电子控制燃料喷射系统、生产高品质的低硫柴油燃料,是我国中重型车用柴油机满足欧Ⅲ排放标准要解决的主要问题。

The imperative EURO III emission standard will be brought into effect in 2008.In order to meet the requirements of EURO III standard,great modifications on the fuel injection system,the combustion system and the supercharging system are needed,and improvements on oil consumption,fuel quality and out-engine treatments are also needed.It is pointed that application of electronic control fuel injection system and supply high quality low sulphur are the key problems for our domestic medium and heavy duty truck dieselengines to meet requirements of EURO III standard.
