摘要
研究了压铸镁合金AZ91HP在大气环境和在模拟海水(NaCl溶液)中的疲劳行为。试验结果表明,压铸镁合金AZ91HP疲劳裂纹产生于试样表面或近表面的铸造缺陷处;压铸镁合金AZ91HP在大气环境中存在疲劳极限,约为90MPa,而在模拟海水环境中不存在疲劳极限;模拟海水严重恶化了压铸镁合金的疲劳性能,并且随着施加载荷的降低影响加剧。
Fatigue behaviors of die-casting magnesium alloy AZ91HP both in atmosphere environment and in simulated seawater are studied.It is shown by tests that fatigue cracks initially occur at casting defects on surface or near surface of testing samples;there exists the fatigue limit in atmosphere environment,which is around 90 MPa,and there is no fatigue limit in simulated seawater environment;simulated seawater seriously worsen its fatigue property,which becomes worse with load increasing.
