多种危险因素疾病中各因素发病贡献值的测量方法研究 被引量:2

A method for measuring the contribution of individual factor to disease caused by multipile risk factors

摘要 目的为了评价某一危险因素对个体发病所起的作用,并在多因素暴露情况下比较各个因素对发病的影响大小。方法运用贝叶斯公式,依据相关流行病学理论,建立由相对危险度数值等来测算单个危险因素对个体发病贡献权重的方法。结果建立的方法可以用来比较各个危险因素在个体发病中的贡献大小。结论该测算方法简单方便,结合人群研究及Meta分析结果,能够为疾病的病因学研究和临床决策提供一定依据。 Objective To evaluate the contribution of individual risk factor to a disease on someone with several risk factors. Methods A method based on epidemiological theory and Bayes’ theorem was established to measure the contribution of individual risk factor, using the relative risk ( RR ) or odds ratio ( OR ) value obtained from population-based cohort studies or meta-analysis. Results The proportional contribution for individual risk factor to disease in one person can be measured or estimated. Conclusion This method can be applied to risk assessment in a patient with more than one risk factor, and the results also contribute to our etiological study and clinical decision-making strategy.
