摘要
本实验观察了经高能冲击波、蝮蛇抗栓酶不同处理组血栓(体外自然血栓)溶解的影响,分别测定了血清纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)、纤溶酶原、血清粘度及处理5日后各组血栓重量。数据处理分析表明:1.各组血清纤溶酶原无显著差异;2.各组血清FDP含量差异有极其显著的意义(P<0.001),且冲击波处理组血清FDP含量最高;3.各组血清粘度差异无显著意义;4.各组处理5日后血栓重量有极其显著的差异(P<0.01):5.冲击波与蝮蛇抗栓酶无交互影响。由此推论:1.冲击波对血栓纤维网有独立破坏作用;2.冲击波对血栓之RBC也具有破坏作用。
Influence of shock wave(SW)with high energy and ahylysantifarctase on thrombolysis was observed.The concentration of serum profibrinolysin,serum viscosity and serum FDP(Fibrinogen degradation product)were determined,as well as weight of thrombus 120 hours after this experiment. Results demonstrated that:1) the difference of serum profibrinolysin between groups being insignificant; 2)the difference of serum FDP between groups being obviously significant (p<0.001);3) the difference of serum viscosity between groups being insignificant; 4)the difference of thrombus-weights between groups being significant;and 5) effect of SW on ahylysantifarctase being insignificant.The results revealed that SW with high energy could destroy fibroreticulate structure independently with destruction of RBC with in thrombus.
