摘要
肝循环门静脉系统的疾病往往伴随着血流动力学的异常。本研究考察了离体兔的肝循环门静脉系统血流动力学特点,在同步测定流量压力曲线后,获得了流导曲线和阻力曲线,确定了它们的回归方程,最后得到了在不同模拟条件下具有显著性差别的血流动力学指标。
Diseases of Hepatic-Portal vascular system are often accompanied with hemodynamic abnormalities. This study was designed to observe hemodynamic characteristics of hepato portal vascular system of rabbit in vitro, and the differential conductance curve and resistance curve determined. The hemodynamic indexes with significant differences were obtained under different simulated conditions.
