摘要
目前对神经的生物力学性能找不到定量的依据,而受损神经的再生及功能恢复过程需要有客观的指标给予评价。本文用生物力学的理论和方法测定了大白鼠周围神经的力学性质。其中包括应力-应变关系,抗张强度,滞后,应力松驰与蠕变现象。结果表明大白鼠周围神经的力学性质与其他生物软组织相似,但定量上有较大区别。大白鼠周围神经的抗张强度高于血管,肌肉等生物软组织,其拉伸时组织破坏前的应变范围宽于血管、肌肉、肌腱。为神经损伤桥接术的研究提供了有益的参考。
Due to lack of adequate method of quantitative estimation of nerve biomechanical properties,it is very difficult to find out a method for quantitative estimation of nerve biomechanies for evaluating nerve regeneration and and functional recovery.In this paper,we presented our investigation on biomechanical properties of peripheral nerve in rats using method and theory of biomechanics and including relation of stress and strain tensile strength,hysteresis,stress relaxation and creep.The result showed that some biomechanical properties of peripheral nerve in rats were similar to those of other biological soft tissues,yet the data showed an apparent an quantitative difference.The tensile strength of rat nerve was higher than that of vessel,muscle etc,and before the break of tensile nerve tissue,its strain ranges Were wider than those of vessel,muscle and tendon.Therefore,the experimental data served as valuable reference for repair of injured nerve in surgical operations.
