摘要
本文在同种异体AAA骨片植入羊肱骨的实验基础上,应用稳态拉伸疲劳试验,测试分析了移植9、12个月的植骨和正常密质骨动态粘弹性性质。结果表明,植骨的动态粘弹性力学性质(损失正切tan(δ)、储存弹性模量E1、损失弹性模量E2)在植入初期与正常密质骨相比有显著的差异,随着植入时间为增加,tan(δ)、E1、E2逐渐趋于正常值。表明临床应用的可行性。
Dynamic viscoelastical properties loss tangent(tanδ),storing Yong's Moduli(E1),loss Yong's Moduli(E2) were studied both in bone implant AAA and in sheeps.9 and 12 months after the operation of bone allografts,forced steady tension fatigue test are made.In the Initial stage of AAA bone implant,dynamic properties[tanδ,E1,E2]of the implant had striking differences as compared with normal cortical bone.The Tan(δ)、E1、E2 of the implant tended to approach the normal value in the wake oflengthening of time course of the implant.This result illustrated the feasibility of its clinical application.
