摘要
本文对ISO9001:2000质量体系与成熟度模型(CMM)进行了比较研究,分析了两者之间的相似之处和差异,并得出结论:对软件企业而言,这两种用于质量保证的模式都是可行的,但两者应相互结合、互为补充。根据ISO9001:2000质量体系与CMM模型的特点,提出了基于ISO9001:2000与CMM的软件开发流程模型。
In this paper, ISO 9001:2000 quality system and Capability Maturity Model (CMM) were compared. The similarity and the difference between ISO 9001:2000 and CMM were analysized. It is concluded that both modes used for quality assurance are useful to software enterprises. However, both modes should be combined and supplemented with each other. The models of flow chart for software development based on the both modes were presented according to the characteristics of both ISO 9001:2000 and CMM.
