摘要
在高速数字电路飞速发展的今天,信号的频率不断提高,信号完整性设计在PCB设计中显得日益重要。本文提出了影响信号完整性的因素,并对它们进行了分析和仿真,最后提出了解决PCB板中信号完整性问题的优化方法与经验设计。
Today, the high-speed digital circuit is developing fast. The frequency of signal is higher. The design of signal integrality (SI) is more and more important in the design of PCB. This paper brings forward and analyzes the factors which affect SI. In the last, it puts forward the methods and design to solve the problem of SI in the design of PCB.
