摘要
研究目的在于评价两种疫苗免疫婴儿的血清学效果和接种后的反应。所用两种疫苗的滴度均为3.5LogTCID50/0.1ml.婴儿被随机分人接种E-Z0.5ml、沪1910.2ml和沪1910.5ml各组,3个组中和抗体阳转率、>200mlu/ml阳性率均无显著性差异(x2=0.189,0.886;P>0005);沪1910.5ml组血凝抑制抗体的阳转率、>200mlu/ml阳性率均高于同剂量E-Z组(X2=561,5.4;P<0.05)。免前未测到抗体者的中和抗体、血凝抑制抗体阳转率显著地高于免前测到抗体者(X2=7.09~36.907,P<0.01~0.001)。沪191和E-Z麻疹疫苗接种后的皮疹率分别为47.8%和16.5%,差异十分显著。未观察到严重不良反应。
The serological effect and adverse reaction of vaccination of infants aged 4~6 monthswith measle vaccine prepared with Edmonston-Zagreb and Hu191 strains were evaluated. The potencyof each vaccine was 3. 5LogTCID,,/0. 1ml. lnfants were rapdomly divided into 3 groupe, whichimmunized with Edmonston-Zagreb (0.5ml ), Hu191 (0. 2ml ) and Hu19l (0- 5ml ) vaccine,respectively. No significant difference was found among the neutralising antibody (NA) conversionrates, > 200mIU/ ml peitive rates of the 3 groups (x: = 0. 189, 0.886, p > 0. 05 ). Thehemagglutination inhibition antibody (HIA) conversion rates and>200mlU/ml positive rates of infantsrecieved Hu191 vaccine (0. 5ml) were higher than those recieved E-Z vaccine (0. 5ml) (x2= 5.61,5. 4, P<0. 05). The HlA and NA conversion rates of infants whose antibody could not be detected outbefore vaccination were stenificantly higher than those could be detected out (x2= 7. 09~36. 907, Pwt 0. 01~0. 001 ). The incidence rates of rash in the infants recieved Hu 191 vaccine and E-Z vaccinewere 47. 8% and 16. 5%, respectively. No severe adverse reaction was found in the study.
