摘要
应用基因工程GM-CSF抗原,通过杂交瘤技术获得3株稳定分泌抗GM-CSF的特异性单抗细胞株,分别命名为LD2、4和6。经分析,3种单抗识别抗原分子上的两个不完全相关的位区,为GM-CSF的亲和层析纯化及抗原的免疫学测定提供了必要的条件。
3 hybridoma cell strains which could stably secrete McAbs to GM-CSF were obtained by hybridoma technique with recombinant antigens to GM-CSF, and coded LD2, 4 and 6 respectively. The study indicated that the McAbs secreted by the 3 strains could recognize 2 incomplete correlative antigenic determinants. It provided necessary conditions for purification of GM-CSF by affinity chromatography and immunologic ditermination of antigens.
