农村经济演变形式与城市化路径研究

Evolvement of Rural Economics Form and Choice of Urbanization Model

目前,中国已进入城市化快速发展阶段,城市化被认为是解决“三农”问题的根本途径。但是,从农村经济演变形式与拉美城市化经验看,城市人口比重增长幅度不应成为区域城市化的唯一衡量指标。从解决社会大多数人口生活福利水平增长这一根本问题出发,中国城市化发展应该借鉴法国历史经验,放弃速度指标,将区域城市化过程建立在农村传统经济改造基础上。

Chinese urbanization sees its rapid development which is also believed as the key way for rural economics reconstruction. However, the study on evolvement of Rural Economics Form and Urbanization experience of South America shows that the increase range of urban people will not be the only index for regional urbanization. The ultimate goal of urbanization is to raise the living standards of the most people. Chinese urbanization should learn from the France experience and combine regional urbanization with rural economics reconstruction.
