摘要 人工神经网络具有适合于解决复杂的非线性问题的特点,因此经常被用于车辆故障诊断。该文介绍人工神经网络的基本原理以及网络结构,通过利用Matlab人工神经网络工具箱,建立某车辆动力总成BP单网络结构的故障诊断模型,提出基于人工神经网络的车辆故障诊断方法。由于各类人工神经网络在处理复杂问题时均有不足之处,该文进一步研究混合网络的工作原理及其在车辆故障诊断中的应用。 Artificial neural network (ANN) can deal with both complex non-linear and linear problems and is often used in vehicle fault diagnosis. This paper introduces the basic principle and structure of artificial neural network.With the aid of Matlab ANN toolbox,a single back propagation (BP) network modle was established to analyze a general vehicle assembly,and a fault diagnosis method based on ANN was put forward.As every ANN has its own shortcomings when dealing with complicated problems, this paper focuses on the hybrid network principle and its application in vehicle fault diagnosis. Hybrid network is thought to be the primary development direction of ANN application in vehicle fault diagnosis.
